A few on the list include InMotion, HostMonster, and GoDaddy. Each of these is under $5 per month. And if you go to the right place, a free domain name will be included as well.

So while it is not completely possible to start a free internet business, it is extremely cheap to get one going. All other costs are up to you. Some people opt to pay for advertising to generate traffic quicker to their sites. Paying for advertising will certainly get you traffic quicker. But if you do not want to spend money on advertising, free advertising can be just as effective.

Another thing people typically pay for on the internet is facets they are not the best at. For example, many people pay to have articles and content written for their site. Many other people will pay to have their web site designed and pay for graphics to include on their site.

Aside from the domain name and hosting, any other charges are up to you. If you are fairly knowledgeable on the internet, you do not have to spend any more money to have success on the internet. But you can benefit to pay a decent writer or graphic designer if you are lacking in these areas.
